"As a women its always scary to take your car to a place and be dependent on others to help you with your car problems. My brother in law recommended this place to me a few years ago and to this day its been the best place to get my car fixed. I just recently got new tires! I thought I needed new brakes but it was the tires that needed to be replaced.

The guys at Pro Auto are there to explain the issue and what each of your options & consequences are for a repair or no-repair. They make sure to try the least-costly solutions first, and then the more advanced stuff later if necessary. But you are in control. You decide what repairs & maintenance to buy.

I got a 2 year warranty on parts and labor, which is great since most shops offer only 6 months to 1 year warranty. Ask for Mike when you visit, he is great."

"I called today for a quote on looking over a car I want to purchase. Even without working with them yet, I can tell Mike at Pro Auto is somebody I want to take my car to. The other comments so far verify my initial impressions.
Update: Since first posting my review, I’ve now used this business several times to work on a 2002 Subaru. I’ve had the radiator replaced, breaks and electrical system repaired, a tune up, and some other things inspected. My experience has been that the entire staff is honest, hard working, and driven to make sure the work is done right in a timely and affordable manner. I referred my friend to go here and his response was “I wish I had discovered that shop sooner.”
